Our aim is a healthier population supported by high-quality health care that can be equitably accessed. We learn what works to make people’s lives healthier and improve the healthcare system. From fundraising for those on the front line to conducting research and policy analysis, we shine a light on how to make successful change happen.
What we focus on
Fundraising
We raise funds for local healthcare initiatives, screening programs, and Moldovan patients who cannot afford expensive medical treatments locally or overseas.
Healthcare Improvement
We identify and support promising ideas to improve healthcare, bridging the gap between policy and practice to help create the right conditions for change in the National Healthcare System.
Education
We aim to change the conversation to focus on health as an asset rather than ill health as a burden – and to promote policies and encourage local action that improves opportunities for a healthy life in the Republic of Moldova.

Denis Lefter
Attorney-at-law, admitted to the Moldova Bar in 2009. Specialized in corporate M&A, dispute resolution, and regulatory and experienced in financial leasing and litigation.
Elena Antarciuc, Ph.D.
12+ years of marketing experience in telecommunications, IT, education. As a Business Strategy Consultant, worked in logistics, research, venture capital, biotech, life extension, food, and cosmetics.
